- Tools: Stainless steel trowel, sandpaper, mixing tool, roller
Construction Requirements
- Ambient temperature shall be no lower than 5℃ and relative humidity ≤85%. Keep the area well ventilated and dry. Construction is prohibited in cold and humid conditions.
- The base surface must be flat, solid and dry without looseness, hollowing, peeling, dust or oil stains. The moisture content of the base shall be within 10%.
Standard Construction Process
Wall Construction Steps
- Polish and clean the base thoroughly to remove dust, oil and loose layers, ensuring a clean and firm surface.
- Apply special primer to seal and reinforce the base, then leave it to dry completely.
- Stir the material evenly after opening. Apply the first thin coat of micro cement and let it dry fully.
- Apply the second coat to form a natural and delicate surface texture.
- After the surface dries and is polished smooth, apply 1 to 2 coats of one-component topcoat to enhance surface protection.
Thickened Floor Construction Steps
- Polish, dedust and degrease the entire floor. Repair pits and cracks to ensure a solid and even base.
- Apply special primer for sealing and wait until it is fully dry.
- Stir the material evenly and apply the first thin coat of coarse sand micro cement. Proceed to the next step after full drying.
- Apply the second coat for leveling, then polish finely and remove dust after drying.
- Apply the third and fourth coats successively to unify the overall texture, then polish and clean dust.
- After full curing of the material, reapply primer for further reinforcement and sealing.
- Once the primer dries, apply two coats of two-component topcoat to improve the floor performance in waterproofing, compression resistance, stain resistance and wear resistance.
- Cure for 7 days under normal conditions before putting into use.
Construction Precautions
- Do not construct in low temperature, humid or rainy weather, which may lead to slow drying, surface whitening and other defects.
- One-component topcoat is only for walls. Two-component topcoat must be used on floors to guarantee performance.
- Make sure each coat dries completely before the next application to avoid blistering, delamination and cracking.
- Within the 7-day curing period after completion, avoid collision, water immersion, heavy load and stain contamination.
Storage & Shelf Life
