Supporting Materials & Tools

  • Supporting materials: Special sealing primer, one-component topcoat for walls

Construction Requirements

  1. Ambient temperature shall be no lower than 5℃ and relative humidity ≤85%. Keep the area well ventilated and dry. Construction is prohibited in cold and humid conditions.
  2. The base surface must be flat, solid and dry without looseness, hollowing, peeling, dust or oil stains. The moisture content of the base shall be within 10%.

Standard Construction Process

  1. Polish and clean the base thoroughly to remove dust, oil and loose layers, ensuring a clean and firm surface.
  2. Apply special primer to seal and reinforce the base, then leave it to dry completely.
  3. Stir the material evenly after opening. Apply the first thin coat of micro color stone and let it dry fully.
  4. Apply the second coat, and smooth the surface when it is semi-dry to form natural three-dimensional stone texture.
  5. Polish the surface slightly after full drying, then apply 1 to 2 coats of one-component topcoat to enhance surface protection.
