Product Overview
Calomi Three-Component Washed Stone is formulated with eco-friendly epoxy resin and natural colored sand. It can be used directly after thorough stirring. Featuring fast drying and curing speed, this product is only suitable for floor decoration and cannot be applied on walls. It is recommended for indoor use only. If applied outdoors, poor weather resistance will cause yellowing, aging and delamination after long-term exposure.

Application Scope
Only suitable for indoor floor decoration, wall application is not allowed.
Application scenarios: residential indoor floors, exhibition hall floors, shop indoor floors, commercial indoor landscape floors and other solid indoor floor surfaces.
Note: Outdoor use is not recommended due to potential yellowing and aging. Wall construction is prohibited.
Reference Coverage
– Fine sand (3mm thickness): 5–6kg/㎡ (floor use only)
– Medium sand (5–6mm thickness): 10–12kg/㎡ (floor use only)
– Coarse sand (8–10mm thickness): 16–20kg/㎡ (floor use only)

Construction Conditions
1. Working environment: Temperature ≥5℃, humidity ≤85%
2. Substrate requirement: Flat, solid and dry surface; moisture content ≤9%, PH value ≤10
Construction Process
1. Inspect and clean the substrate to ensure it is flat, firm, dry, dust-free and hollow-free.
2. Stir the material thoroughly after opening the bucket, apply one even and compact layer of washed stone for one-coat forming.
3. Allow more than 12 hours for drying under normal conditions before official use.
4. Optional upgrading process for indoor floors: After full curing, apply dedicated topcoat with a rubber scraper to fill sand gaps, creating a denser, stain-resistant and easy-to-clean surface.
Construction Precautions
1. Drying time varies with ambient temperature and humidity. Extend curing time appropriately in low-temperature and humid weather.
2. Outdoor use is not recommended. If outdoor construction is required, take full protective measures before complete drying to avoid rain and water accumulation.
Storage & Shelf Life
– Storage: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place at 0–35℃
– Shelf life: 18 months for unopened sealed products
