Calomi Resin Washed Stone is a ready-to-use one-component water-based decorative material. Formulated with water-based polyurethane emulsion and natural colored sand, it requires no mixing and features simple construction, perfect for textured decoration on interior and exterior walls and floors.

Construction Conditions

• Working environment: Temperature ≥5℃, humidity ≤85%
• Substrate requirement: Flat, solid and dry surface; moisture content ≤9%, PH ≤10

Construction Process

1. Clean the substrate thoroughly to ensure it is flat, firm, dust-free and hollow-free.
2. Apply one thin and even coat of washed stone. Avoid excessive thickness to prevent slow drying. One-coat completion.
3. Fully dried in about 2 days under normal environment and ready for use after complete curing.
4. Optional upgrade process for indoor floors: After surface full drying, apply professional topcoat with a rubber scraper to fill sand gaps, making the surface denser, stain-resistant and easy to clean.

Construction Precautions

1. Extend drying and curing time in low temperature and humid weather.
2. Take protective measures for outdoor construction; avoid rain and water accumulation before full drying.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Storage: Store in cool, dry and ventilated environment at 0–35℃
• Shelf life: 18 months for unopened sealed products
